How to Create a Dust Mite Free Home
It can be exhausting when trying to assess your home to make sure it is dust mite free. The easiest way to do this is by following the CREVT method below:
Look at each item in your home and think of CREVT
1. Clean It : if it is a hard surface -
If you cant then
2. Rinse it : if you can wash it in 60 degree water
If you cant then
3. Encase It: if you cannot wipe or wash it
If you cant then
4. Vacumn: If your home is above 50% humidity use an humidifier and Air Purifier
If you cant then
5. Trash it : If you do not need it and you are unable to reliably clean it once a week
