2. Cover the encased item with bedding - We Recommend Anti Dust Mite Eucalyptus Silk Bed Set
   
3. Every month choose one of the following:

Wash at 60 degrees - hot wash will slowly degrade all fabric products)
Freeze for 7 days - kills all dust mites without any damage but takes time
Vacuum - can be difficult to thoroughly vacuum entire encasement

To ensure maximum dust mite protection and save time while cleaning, it's a good idea to have a spare set of encasements ready. Simply remove the old encasements and immediately replace them with the clean set on your bed.
